Loyalist College is located in the city of Belleville, just a few kilometres from the Bay of Quinte region, between Hastings and Prince Edward counties. Loyalist also operates a campus for community programs in Bancroft.

Karen Cullen is the Executive Director of Human Resources Services and Organizational Development. Karen liaises and works with a number of dedicated professionals at Loyalist to implement programs and workshops identified in the Region's four-year training plan.

Geoffrey Cudmore is the Vice-President, Academic (Acting) with responsibility for leadership and development of Loyalist’s Academic Division, it’s staff, programs, and services.   Geoffrey also works with Karen Cullen to provide leadership development programming.  A Faculty Professional Development Committee has been formed to provide a collegial approach to faculty development both within Loyalist as well as for Eastern Region initiatives.  

Jake Sandison is this year’s Coordinator of Teaching and Learning, and in this role Jake will chair the Faculty Professional Development Committee, coordinate college participation in all CCHRD and other professional development and in-service activities for academic staff, arrange and deliver orientation for new and part-time faculty, and provide ongoing support to individual faculty and program teams in all areas of teaching and learning. Jake is a professor in the Fitness and Health Promotion and Recreation and Leisure Services Programs.  Over the past few years, he has been Loyalist’s representative on the organizing and facilitation committee for ABC and LEAP.  The appointment of the Coordinator of Teaching and Learning is an annual competition.
