Durham College and the University
of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) are educational
partners located on a shared campus. Many of the services
for students and staff are provided by departments that
are mandated to serve both institutions.
Co-ordination for professional development initiatives and events at Durham College is provided by two individuals in the Human Resources Department. Kelly Bailey, Manager, Employee Development and Wellness is responsible for support staff and administrator development. Janice MacMillan, Manager, Faculty Development, works in collaboration with the Innovation Centre to provide faculty development opportunities.
